Dec 21, 2015 – [Monday] The Places I Called Home: Passage

Toronto, Canada, taken on August 21, 2014

There are some places that I’m surprised are actually in Toronto, like this corridor/passage in one of the colleges – I forgot which one – at the U of T. It looks like something that would appear in a monastery in Europe, which further shows how Toronto likes to hide its secrets well.

Toronto, Canada, taken on August 21, 2014

The buildings of the University of Toronto St. George campus are scattered all around the core of downtown Toronto, so anyone can be walking around the campus and not even be aware of it. The campus is really quite gorgeous, almost to a point where I regret choosing Waterloo over it almost ten years ago.

August 21, 2014 – University

For the first time ever, I explored the buildings of the University of Toronto (never having been a student), inside and out. I was awed at how beautiful the downtown campus is and for a slight moment, almost regretted choosing Waterloo over U of T 😛 The university buildings, especially the older ones, gleamed with class. This must be a lecture hall or classroom of some sort, something that seemed to come right out of a movie. What is this, Hogwarts? I wouldn’t mind having some high-quality lectures here 🙂
