I spent only a short time in the BSMA lab in Belgium but I had some fun times with the colleagues there. Most of the lab went to the BPG Meeting in Houffalize in 2011 and it was an opportunity for academic exchange as well as some rest. During break time I was wandering around and bumped into Ronggang, Naresh, and Olivier looking at something on someone’s camera, looking amused. I wonder what it was…

One of our termly addictions during the undergrad years was poker and my roommates and I spent many a night battling each other with our wits and luck. Here Florence wasn’t very happy with her game as she seemed to have lost almost all of her chips. Oh, we also liked Vitasoy lemon tea very much 😀

Thanks to the support of my classmates during my undergrad, I was able to graduate successfully. To celebrate our achievements, Ted got lifted up (literally!) by the nanos guys as a sign of our support for each other. I think Ted got a little too comfortable in the hands of the nannies there!
