Half of the dinner table belongs to me nowadays (i.e. has my stuff scattered all over) and I gotta (might) clean it up soon…eventually.

April 09, 2014 – Swiss roll

The day began with a Swiss roll welcoming me on the dinner table, which was perfect as I had been craving a Swiss roll for the past few days. The one I wanted was the green tea flavoured Swiss roll, but the regular one did the trick just fine. Yum yum! (Side note: I should start counting the number of times our green tablecloth appears in PW 😉 )

February 21, 2014 – Dinner table

I’ve made half the dinner table my tentative desk after moving back home, so now I share a “work space” with the fruits and other random things in the living room. Hoping to get my own place soon…

July 16, 2012 – Holes

Holes on a table in the cleanroom, up close. Experiment today was halted as the glove box went out of order at the end of the day, before the last step…sigh, the joys of research work!

April 23, 2012 – On the table

I was sorting out my apartment the other day, tidying up here and there, organizing things and putting them back in order. At the end of the day the big pile of books – which probably belonged to a previous “tenant”, AKA a friend that lived here – on my table was cleared away and replaced with a row of mostly bottles. From left to right: individually packaged red wine, rice vinegar for sushi, balsamic vineger (left behind by LS), table white wine for cooking, a bucket with a pine cone inside (probably from previous tenant), and a Thermos (again from previous tenant).
