Is it OK if as soon as I saw the word for this week’s challenge, I thought of the ridiculously succulent and delicious medium-rare beef filets that I had at L’Entrecôte?! That restaurant is a legend in Bordeaux. If you don’t have to wait more than half an hour to get into the restaurant, you’re lucky. The beef filets are the main course, but the mysterious sauce is the signature of L’Entrecôte. Oh, and unlimited fries can’t hurt!
