December 27, 2012 – Rennes
Day 2 was spent in Rennes in the province/region of Brittany, or Bretagne in French. The historic centre of Rennes is filled with old styled Breton architecture, where houses were built with wood in criss-cross patterns. It makes old town Rennes look like a collection of toy houses lined up row by row, how cute! I didn’t have much expectation before visiting Rennes, but I gotta say it was a pleasant surprise!
