My one-day trip to Macau included a stop at an abandoned shipyard, which was on the island of Coloane, if I remember correctly. Aged and tattered is how I would describe it, with an air of mystery too, if I may add. (See the original photo in colour.)

Ă“bidos is a lovely little town in Portugal surrounded by a wall on top of which you could walk. And that was exactly what I did with my buddies when we visited. Walking around on the edge of the wall, the entire town is in front of your eyes and you really get quite a perspective of the age of this place!

As I was waiting for the bus to come pick me up near Ellenabeich on the Isle of Seil after a great hike yesterday, I noticed that the bus shelter was actually a mirror that reflected the road, the hill, and the cottage up ahead. It was getting chilly so I was glad that the bus came soon after!
