Clyde Falls, Scotland, taken on November 21, 2015
This path leads to the waterfalls near New Lanark, collectively called the “Clyde Falls”. Some gentle snow fell that morning, signifying the imminent arrival of winter. (See the original photo in colour.)
Two people were walking in front of me on a nice green path which was really just…Finch Avenue?
[Travel time] Hallstatt, a tiny town hidden within the mountains of Austria beside a lake, was a worthy visit even on a gray day. Narrow hiking trails scattered around the town, traversing the rows of houses and leading up to those “in-yo-face” mountains, as I’d like to call them (as they are literally right in front of you). One particular trail was lined by wood stumps painted with strange faces. It almost felt as if they were staring at me when I walked by…funny little things they were!
A little path leads to an unknown destination. Where does the road lead off the beaten track?
