A working Saturday at the lab until 9pm was already tiring enough, but a colleague was still at the lab and wouldn’t be finished till 10pm. I went home to prepare for dinner so that he could come over when he was done and we’d eat together. Just a simple meal for the end of a long day 😉
First lunch at the new home, shrimps with fried egg and onions, a lazy girl’s favourite 😀 I dashed to the groceries yesterday when I arrived as the stores are closed today and tomorrow, and I should have enough to last me at least a few days.
Caramelized onion and apple mini tarts for Cindy’s birthday! I didn’t make these though, hehe 😉 Super yummy and crispy and addictive!
Dinner for the night Рentrec̫te with broccoli, onions, and mushroom. Once in awhile I like to make steak at home, aiming for a nice medium rare. It turned out pretty good today.
