A working Saturday at the lab until 9pm was already tiring enough, but a colleague was still at the lab and wouldn’t be finished till 10pm. I went home to prepare for dinner so that he could come over when he was done and we’d eat together. Just a simple meal for the end of a long day 😉
Delicious, fulfilling breakfast/lunch/brunch prepared by May and enjoyed at her apartment. Over easy eggs, sausage, jambon du Parme, cantaloupe, and mushrooms – yum yum! Thanks for the incredible hospitality!
Preparation for doenjang jjigae, Korean styled vegetable soup, by chopping up zucchini, mushrooms, and carrots. Healthy and so delicious!
Dinner for the night – entrecôte with broccoli, onions, and mushroom. Once in awhile I like to make steak at home, aiming for a nice medium rare. It turned out pretty good today.
