I assembled what I thought was a super healthy (and super simple) dinner, consisting of a mango, half a cucumber, three and half slices of prosciutto ham, and a glass of mango passion fruit smoothie. Then I realized that prosciutto ham isn’t all that healthy (but it tastes so darn good!) I guess it’s…mostly healthy? At the very least, the plate was very colourful and the food tasted great together, and that made me happy 🙂
Had raclette for the first time, and even though I’m pretty sure this isn’t the proper way of eating it, it was super delicious and filling. I must have gained a few pounds after dinner…so much cheese, ham, and potato!
Delicious, fulfilling breakfast/lunch/brunch prepared by May and enjoyed at her apartment. Over easy eggs, sausage, jambon du Parme, cantaloupe, and mushrooms – yum yum! Thanks for the incredible hospitality!
