August 15, 2012 – Flower Carpet
I had been looking forward to seeing Brussels’ Flower Carpet for awhile and feel extremely lucky to be in Belgium during this period of time to catch this biennial event. The Grand Place looked ever so amazing decorated with the splendid and vibrant colours!
July 01, 2012 – Brussels
Brussels and Paris are probably the two cities I visit most frequently, aside from my cities of residence (Louvain-la-Neuve and Bordeaux), but while I’ve never grown to like Paris, I love Brussels every single time I go. The façade of the Grand Place in Brussels never fails to impress me.

It seems like every city in Belgium has to have a public square named the “Grand Place”, and our little Louvain-la-Neuve is no exception.
