It’s been a while since I’ve played around with eggs, so I thought I’d pick up a Sharpie and give each of these little guys a mark on their shells. One thing is very common in Glasgow – can you spot which one? 😉
Eggs have feelings too, apparently. This is certainly a very emotional family of eggs. Some of them are happy to have a warm shelter to call home. Others are perhaps mourning the loss of the three others… 😦
Apparently this is the dish that Sherry always gets at the Joyful Chinese Restaurant, chicken with double eggs. Better than my baked seafood rice, I’d have to say.
Delicious, fulfilling breakfast/lunch/brunch prepared by May and enjoyed at her apartment. Over easy eggs, sausage, jambon du Parme, cantaloupe, and mushrooms – yum yum! Thanks for the incredible hospitality!
