January 09, 2014 – Confit de canard

I went out for dinner with friends at a specific restaurant in Bordeaux just for its confit de canard (duck confit). It is truly a heavenly delight for the tongue and this restaurant might have just become one of my favourites in Bordeaux, solely because of its confit. The roasted potatoes were also excellently prepared and complements the confit quite well. Southwestern French cuisine is something I will definitely miss a lot!
