For a friend’s birthday many years back, I decided to try to make a cheesecake. Of course I was no cake-making expert and didn’t know much about the technicalities of making such a cake, so I called it a “quest”. And was it a success? At least it looked good, I think? After all, kiwis and strawberries are forever the unbeatable colour combo. In terms of taste, let’s just say…it could be improved, that’s all I remember! 😛

About 4 years ago, I made a cheesecake for my friend’s son’s birthday and brought it to fellowship. I actually didn’t try it at all because I was too tired after the gathering and fell asleep, but general feedback was good 🙂 Lots of hearts were invested into the decoration of the cake – and lots of love too 🙂
Lots of cake pictures lately, huh? Well, there was a dinner party at my friend’s house tonight, so today’s entry almost HAD to be food – I just had to choose from the many drool-inducing pictures of the different types of food. The decision was…Cindy’s green tea chocolate cheesecake! Delicious goodness, layer by layer…love love love! (That is not a real bottle of wine, by the way. It’s a wine bottle opener in the shape of an actual wine bottle, much smaller than it appears ;))
