Bordeaux, France, taken on November 16, 2012
One day at the Parc Bordelaise, I noticed that these diverging branches looked like a highly connected neural network, or perhaps the veins scattered through our bodies. Fascinating.
For no reason at all I decided to drop by the park behind L’Am this afternoon, perhaps just to enjoy the final autumn breeze before it gets too cold…and before I leave, in two days. The sun was so bright today and though restless, a sense of peace overcame me as the rays hit my face. Just lovely.
The branches on the tree by the sidewalk are still clinging onto bright green leafs. Autumn is fast approaching, though, and green will soon be devoured by the arrival of orange, red, and yellow. Enjoy the greenery while you still can!
Taking this photo of the squirrel at Queen’s Park required some fierce hide and seek with the swift animal. Finally he stopped running, turned around, and posed for a quick photo with an expression that says, “I’m watching you.”
Saw these thin vines outside of Alan’s house, so intricately coiled up and tied to the branches. It’s amazing how beautiful nature is.
