Florence, Italy – Enjoying autumn colours on Dundas Peak, slightly ahead of the optimal foliage time (taken on October 6, 2015)
Nov 07, 2016 – [Monday] Anything Goes: Final traces of fall
Glasgow, Scotland, taken on November 3, 2016
The University of Glasgow looked gorgeous this fall and I’ve managed to take some nice photos of the foliage that surrounds the campus. However, fall is leaving as quickly as it came and I feel like we’re already welcoming winter with the low temperatures these recent days. All the more reason to capture the fall colours before they disappear! Here is a photo taken at where I like to call the “6.5th floor” of the Rankine building where I work, which is really just the midpoint of the stairs between the 6th and 7th floor. As always, the Main Building looks spectacular from every angle, even more so with the bright leafs of fall!
Nov 01, 2016 – [Tuesday] Black & White: Mid-autumn branches
Glasgow, Scotland, taken on October 22, 2016
Autumn comes, autumn goes. Soon the leaves will have all fallen from the branches and winter will be here! (See the original photo in colour.)
