Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland, taken on August 4, 2012
Switzerland might be too perfect sometimes. The grass is a perfect hue of green and the atmosphere is perfect serenity. Lauterbrunnen is the “Valley of Waterfalls” and from a viewpoint, I was able to see the perfectly calm and lovely little village spread in front of my eyes. It might have been love at first sight.

I completely agree! I would go back again and again but I gotta say Iceland took the #1 place in my heart. Switzerland is a close second though!

We too loved Iceland, but were only there for one and a half days compared to over two weeks in Switzerland so I’m probably a little prejudiced by what we saw and did. Would love to return to both countries.
