Isle of Mull, Scotland, taken on June 14, 2015
It is interesting to look at what’s beneath your feet from a different perspective, as sometimes we don’t pay much attention to the road we walk. That was exactly what I did on the Isle of Mull, near Duart Castle. Tired after a long hike, I lay down on the grass, the very ground that I had stepped on as I arrived at this place. From this point of view, the mountains in a distance looked so small and insignificant, yet I knew not to be fooled! How many more steps would it take to get to the other side of the waters? I wondered…!
