I suppose in Glasgow, one of the most experienced forces of nature is certainly rain. Although it gets depressing at times to see rain every day, sometimes it brings with it some little surprises. Hidden in a corner by the entrance to my office, these leafs held on to some jewels left behind by the rain, and sparkling in the morning sun, they looked like gems on a velvet patch. So beautiful.
