It’s about time I learned how to make soup, which is something that I must know how to do as a Cantonese. The simplest one to start off with is pork bone soup, and as I couldn’t find pork bone at the supermarket, I used beef bones instead, which turned out with a similar taste. With the bone, I put carrots and daikon radish. Perhaps not a conventional combination, but I liked the end result 🙂
