April 21, 2013 – Hanging shirts

These shirts were hanging outside Brussels Central station. I’ve seen hanging shoes in different cities, but this is the first time I’ve seen hanging shirts…and there were a lot of them. I wonder what’s the meaning of it, if there is any at all…
