Happy new year to everyone who observes the lunar calendar! At GCC, we celebrated by making dumplings…lots and lots of dumplings! Ah, what delicacy. As a friend said, “We all know that the purpose of new year’s celebration is to eat a lot of good food,” and who could say she was wrong? 😉
