December 21, 2012 – Hot pot science style

December 21, 2012 was supposed to be the last day of…well, everything, so I celebrated with some friends by having a nice, warm hot pot dinner (kinda like the previous FBHZHP) 😀 Now, the problem was that I couldn’t find gas bottles for the portable gas stove that I borrowed. For some reason it was sold out everywhere. It was then that the colleagues and I decided to “borrow” an abandoned hot plate from my lab to act as the stove, which turned out to be not too shabby at all! What heating power! Forget about Gangnam Style…HOT POT SCIENCE STYLE is the way to go!
